Lines and Calls Packages

Our lines and calls packages are designed to be simple to understand yet effective in reducing your costs. We provide straightforward discounted tariffs coupled with a reduced line rental costs so you know exactly what you’re paying at the end of the month.

Your telephone numbers and current service remain exactly as they currently are with the only physical change being who you receive your bill from. All your calls continue to be carried via the BT Network and in the event of a fault we will instruct BT on your behalf to fix the issue.

The transfer process is completely seamless and is normally carried out within a month meaning you’ll quickly see savings realised.

Maintenance

As well as providing maintenance on your IT network and equipment we can now provide the same exceptional service on your telephone system. We can provide cover for the majority of current telephone systems and can even tailor specific packages to suit your individual needs. Our standard package provides cover from 9-5 Monday to Friday and includes both your phone system and handsets. For those with more specific requirements we can tailor the package to include weekends, bank holidays as well as specific component cover if required.

Maintenance

Maintenance of your existing telephone system can run into hundreds of pounds annually. That’s why at Sumlock we’ll provide you with this free of charge for a period of one year should you take a two year package or 2 years free if you take a 5 year package. This means that in the unlikely event of a problem occurring you need only ever make one phone call to resolve it.
