Each cell has its own structure and is locally managed.
All managers and staff provide a winning solution and work closely together
to call
upon experience within each cell to solve customer problems, be it hardware
or software related.
We have a computer controlled call/fault logging system which automatically
allocates jobs. We offer various response times ranging from one to eight
hours and full loan equipment is always available.
Sumlock do not have
a single product in the field for which we do not have an equivalent spare.
Constant monitoring ensures guaranteed fast times are met. We also offer
Facilities Management and Disaster Recovery solutions tailored to individual
company requirements.
